3. Device condition and pre-existing issues

By submitting a device for repair, you confirm that:

• The device belongs to you or you have permission to repair it
• You understand that pre-existing damage may affect repair outcomes
• We are not responsible for issues that existed before the repair began

We may refuse repair if a device is deemed unsafe or beyond economical repair.

4. Data and device responsibility

• Customers are responsible for backing up all data before handing in a device
• We are not liable for data loss during or after repair
• Devices may be reset or restored as part of certain repairs

We strongly recommend removing passcodes or providing them where necessary for testing.

5. Repair risk and limitations

While all repairs are carried out with care:

• Some devices may be fragile due to prior damage
• Internal faults may become apparent during repair
• We are not responsible for additional faults discovered during servicing

In rare cases, repairs may not resolve all issues due to hidden or motherboard-level damage.

6. Pricing and payment

• Prices may vary depending on device condition and parts required
• Full payment may be required before or after repair completion (as agreed at booking)
• Diagnostic fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

We reserve the right to adjust pricing if additional faults are discovered.

7. Turnaround times

• Repair times are estimates only
• Delays may occur due to parts availability or device complexity
• We are not liable for losses caused by delays in repair completion

8. Warranty

We offer a limited warranty on replacement parts and workmanship, unless stated otherwise.

Warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage after repair (drops, cracks, impact)
• Liquid or water damage
• Misuse or third-party repair attempts
• Software-related issues
• Pre-existing faults not related to the repair carried out

If a fault covered by warranty occurs, we will repair or replace the faulty part at our discretion.

9. Refunds and cancellations

• Refunds are not provided for completed and successful repairs
• Deposits may be non-refundable once parts have been ordered or work has begun
• If a repair cannot be completed, partial refunds may be offered at our discretion

Each case is assessed individually.

10. Uncollected devices

• Devices must be collected within a reasonable timeframe after repair completion
• We will contact you when your device is ready
• Devices uncollected for an extended period may be subject to storage handling procedures

We are not responsible for devices left uncollected beyond reasonable notice periods.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect losses (loss of income, business, or data)
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided
• We are not responsible for issues unrelated to the repair performed

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

12. Customer conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service if a customer:

• Is abusive or threatening
• Attempts fraud or chargeback misuse
• Provides false information
